The program covers a wide range of areas within the cannabis industry, including retail, cultivation, manufacturing, lab work, delivery, and management, providing participants with comprehensive and practical industry knowledge.

Participants receive valuable, paid training opportunities with cannabis businesses, fostering economic empowerment and career development for those who have been historically marginalized by drug policies.

Participation qualifies cannabis businesses in Massachusetts for MA CCC positive impact plan and diversity requirements.
This is a private training program, not a MA State Approved Apprentice Program.

Part Time Cannabis Apprentice Program
Total time: 2 months (min of 80 hours)
10-15 hours a week; around 8 hours a shift.
« Required to be 21 or older and pass background checks
« Paid at least minimum wage
« Mentored by mentor onsite at a partner outlet
« Receive CCOE educational materials and apprentice
guidebook
« Regular CCOE mentor check-ins
« The final project summarizes experiential learning for
business and learner

Full Time Cannabis Apprentice Program
4 Months; 180 Hours of Experiences
Total time: 4 months (min of 180 hours)
10-15 hours a week; around 8 hours a shift.
« Required to be 21 or older and pass background checks
« Paid at least minimum wage
« Mentored by mentor onsite at a partner outlet
« Receive CCOE educational materials and apprentice
